Weight Detector WDR-1

Our weight detector is automatic equipment which can dynamically weigh packaged products in an automatic packaging line. It can detect disqualified product which is too light or too heavy, and automatically classify and count products.

The appliance components of are easily disassembled. They are water resistant appliance with IP66 and are imported internationally. Hence, those components can be cleaned by water. It has high-tech human interface touch screen computer system and can store more than ten different weight parameters of materials.

Our mini type weight detector is particularly designed for weight detection of large packaging line. It is controlled by a number of high sensitive load sensors. If the disqualified product is detected, the machine will alarm and stop conveying the products immediately. It is designed with easy-to-use touch screen technology and can store more than ten different weight parameters of materials.
