Features of Metal Detector Machine
1. The metal detector is equipped with adjustable sensitivity and is used to detect aluminium foil packaged food.
2. High accuracy of metal locating ability.
3. The detector employs contact output, which means solid state relay often-open output. When metal is found, the metal detector device will close contact.
4. Our metal detector equipment is installed with power indicators. That is, the light turns green when the power is connected and red when the detector is alarming. The machine has maximum working hours, thus can be continuously used.

The metal detector machines can be divided into belt-type metal detector machines and tube-type metal detector machines. The former is used to detect metallic impurities from food while passing through the probe of belt conveyor. Once metal is found in food, the belt-type metal detector will automatically alarm and takes them out immediately. The latter is a floor-type device. When the food is dropped on the probe of the detector, the tube-type metal detector machine will automatically alarm.
